Spraying interior of my rally car

not sure if it should go in here or the track/race section but hopefully someone can help.

im going to be spraying the interior of my car in the next few weeks as my cage is getting welded in. basically im wondering what type of paint i will need to use? since its a rally car, finish isn't a priority (although i dont want it looking gash!) but rather durability with helmets/gear being chucked about inside.

any tips would also be greatly appreciated.

Not much use but i too would like to know this. Im thinking if you use normal paint it would just wear off.

Also are you going to use any sort of grip tape in the footwells?

i was tempted by grip tape, but had the idea of using some kind of spray on rubber and masking an area off. could then sprinkle sand into it for grip.

ill try take some pictures of her tomorrow. took the dash off, removed my heater matrix and going to take out the wiring loom in prep for spraying and start masking.

i was recomended a kind of paint, cant remember the first part of it but ended in polyurethane. was to be painted on. heat it up, paint it on then when it cools it cools smooth, results looked good and was very hard wearing in the mk1 escort it was in, so also tempted by going down that route.
