Also picked up a set of sports seats in beige that im currently looking at getting repaired. Then ill fit them to match the momo wheel and gearknob and thats pretty much the interior done as already have a fitted a 6 button obc and a period kenwood mask.

I just love the way an M50 looks in an E30.

I know what you mean about the wheel (also still unsure on the gearknob too) but its there for 2 reasons, 1 is, as i have just got it back from being m50'd, it feels more "sporty" and less "grandad" so a pair of sports seats, a new wheel and gearknob definately change the feel of the car. the 2nd reason (and the most important one) is that, the car i broke to get some bits for the conversion came with it so it was free. No harm in fitting a freebee as i still have the old wheel just in case

Ive already fitted the front fogs,
some clear side repeaters, changed the 2 main beam lights as they were very cloudy, replaced a rear light due to a crack. Theres also something aint there.....see here for yesterdays problem

Found that foglight switch too so send me you address etc and ill chuck it in the post.
Mint rear wash/wipe switch if yours is faded too if you want it
Making the engine bay look as tidy as it does isnt hard work and costs virtually nothing extra,bit of time and a initiative go a long way

Id say £600 ish for all parts, a lot of phone calls etc arranging it and a bit of time collecting/removing parts.
Then whatever/whoever charges for the labour to put it all together.
Theres also a few bits that need modifying/fabricating, exhaust manifolds, engine wiring loom, steering joint, centre box to downpipe connections so theres the cost of that too.
Sounds a lot but once you get your head round what bits are needed its quite simple as most of is bolt together.

Exhaust system from a 325i E30 £50
Starter,clutch,flywheel,gear selector & linkage and front prop half from a 325i E30 £70
Brake servo from a 2000 on, plastic wing renault clio £30
Electric fan (from anything as long as its around 15inches i think) £20
Sump, oil pick up pipe, dipstick & tube from a 525i M50 £70
PAS rack and pipes from a 325i M50 (if you are going to do a rack conversion) £60
Exhaust manifolds from a 328i m52 £45
Then what you need new, Antifreeze, engine oil, sump gasket, wire and switch for fan, thermostat, air filter (if you have ABS as the airbox wont fit) engine mount rubbers, and general bits, clips, screws etc call it £100
Theres also some bits that need making/modyfying, engine loom,exhaust manifolds,steering joint but that depends on whos doing it as to what cost
Then finally, theres the labour to put it all together and get it going.

And then if you have the likes of a 316i / 318i saloon or 4 door. You would also want to change the suspension and brakes for 325i stuff, do a rear disc conversion and obviously you may as well do the bushes while you are there. Prices can vary greatly imo depending on the route you choose, the current "state" of the car regarding the bushes and that, and if you need to upgrade the brakes and suspension.
