The motor with its microswitch and relay, the switch, the wiring loom, the full width front cover section of the headlining and the black metal plate that the motor mounts on (or severly butcher the manual one).
There are a couple of recent threads on how to do it. Not difficult.

I've got the motor with its microswitch and relay, the switch, the wiring loom, the full width front cover section of the headlining with sun visors (think these are a different shape on sunroof models) and the black metal plate that the motor mounts on, all complete from a working car.
PM me offers.

That's all the bits you need . As far as I know I used the sun visors from the original manual car, but I'm not completely sure.
The black metel plate is held on by eyelet type rivets, which need to be drilled out and can be replaced by 5mm nuts and bolts.
In my case at least, I had to include a spacer for the left hand most motor bolt, and use a slightly longer bolt.
