i wanted to get a couple of standard bbs 15in rims from a sport refurbed in the next few weeks. does anyone know of a place in/nr oxford that do them for a good price? i read a few posts before and know of a place in brum (as recommended by rav?) that do them for £20, so though might be worth a trip if local is too expensive.
my second problem is that to get them done, i have to leave the wheels there for a few days, but have no spares and need to use my car. does anyone have a couple of wheels with legal tyres knocking about in their garage that they would be happy to lend? happy to leave a deposit...etc?? hope its not too cheeky to ask.....
wheel refurb question...

got mine done at BJV engineering in Hemel Hempsted. Bit of a trek but well worth it for the results and a VERY reasonable price!
www.wheelrefurbishing.com is their site i believe
Or
Try RS Repairs - http://www.rs-repairs.co.uk
Tell them you were sent there by UKSC and you might get a discount ;)

thanks tez 180 for those links. i checked those guys out, but they are still a bit ore expensive. with the guys in birmingham they will charge £30/wheel if it has tyres on (which mine do). i know i have to factor in petrol to get there and back, but they still work out cheap.
i tried calling a mobile wheel refurb, but they wouldn't do mine on site and said they needed to be completely stripped and repainted for refurbing them......
any spare wheels out there???? or even wheel singular. i could use my spare, but it would mean going to birmingham and doing one wheel at a time
