Anyone got any info on how to change the seat foam on these suckers. My drivers side right hand thigh foam has split allowing various hard metal bits to give me serious grief whilst driving.
TIA

Depends on the year of your car as they changed the design of the frame in about 1995ish (give or take a year), I've just stripped some Vadars on my M3 but I belive the frame is the same as the standard seats if not its very similar.
The good news is that they're very straight forward to strip but I think it might be better if you do a search on the e36coupe forum for more info as there as some little plastic expanding rivets that you need to remove on the seat base.
