Im swapping the brakes on my 323i for M3 ones.
Read/been told ill ideally need to upgrade to M3 servo/MC too.
Could I not just upgrade the M/C to a larger bore from a different model BMW/other rather than swapping the M/C and servo?
Surely the servo is powerful enough as standard?
Any advice?

i was looking into this for my compact when i was going to fit e46 330i brakes, and the general consensus was that the e36 M3 servo and MS would be best, otherwise the brake pedal would be too spongy. depending on the year of your car you'll either need an M3 one for an early car or and EVO one for later car, just need to look at your brake pipe outlets.
as fro fitting the M3 master cylinder, well i don't know? i have and evo MS and servo here but the servo is dented.
in the end I've just fitted 2.8 vented discs ( brembo max one) 2.8 calipers and uprated pads with ATE super blue brake fluid, some of the 328i track cars use a similar set up and they are fine with constant track abuse.
