about 2 weeks ago i was driving my 1983 e30 318i (which i had spent the last 2 years doing up) to work when a kangaroo decided to cross the road for no apparent reason i hit it at a 100k's and smashed the front end in.
so i have just brought a 1988 325i fully imported (i live in australia)
anyway i would just like to know if it would be worth putting in a performance chip and what i would gain from it?
I am Know the proud owner of a 1988 325i :):):)

shame about the accident but congrats on the purchase and welcome to the zone
As far as I know the chip on the 325 is a good investment. Sure a member who has one will be along soon

mabey less than u think, chips optimise the performance output if its the right chip
do on the rolin road and see if its workin right, or get the chip name/type or number and someone will surely tell u if its worth keeping
the zone also does a very good chip ( 2 types, mellow and beast) for all engines so if u fancy a change check the for sale sec. and look under chips
(blatant zone whoring
