Hi just changed head gasket and torqued up to 22Ibft /30Nm plus 90 degrees then plus 90 - it's been suggested I re-torque them after running gently for 500 miles - anyone agree if so do I do another 90 degrees or ?? Thanks

I don't think you need to re-torque stretch bolts.

Correct, re-torquing was something that was done to engines many moons ago before the introduction of stretch bolts.
