ok took rocker cover off and cant see how they adjust i was thinking they would be nut and screw type but they seem to be like roller tip rockers?

thats the inovative adjustment point... get a cloths hanger and bend it in a L shape like a 6 inch piece. loosen the 10mm nut and rotate that little piece with your new tool.
