Ive just gave mine a quick spray, which makes for a much cleaner looking engine bay.
Its a small job that doesnt take much effort, costs pennys, and gives some really cool results.
Cost me about Ԛ£4.99 for a spray can of heat resistant BBQ paint form B&Q.

AFTER

The rest of the engine needs a good clean up but its still a big improvement.

Nah mate, I removed the rocker cover and manifold to spray them.Jimbob wrote:Nice mate, did you just spray straight into the engine bay?
I was surprised as It didnt take that long to do.
Hardest part is trying to remember where all the hoses go lol
I know absolutely nothing about engines and was a little scared about pulling it all to bits, but it was really simple.

I used Gunk, which cleaned it all up great!
