its done 286,000 miles.... But if theres stacks & stacks of paperwork & receipts that shouldnt deter at the right price..

Infact that works out at just under 11,500 per year, about average.

This way atleast there is less chance of it having had a haircut during its life.

The E23 is without doubt the ugliest car BMW have produced, and unfortunately the Alpina guise does nothing to change that.

Steady on chap, theres alot to be said for luxo-barges.
I call these handsome old brutes, much in the same way I view e28's.

Infact, I'd go as far as to say, if I could've stomached the fuel bill I'dve have been looking for one of these and not an e30.

And anyway as far as ugly, you have seen an X6 haven't you?

I always thought is was a gangster type car. Used to see in films which the baddies drove.

Its certainly not 286bhp!!

The E23 B10 used the same 261bhp engine used in the E28 B10 and pre-katylizor E30 B6 3.5.

Its a rare turd none the less, i think 23 were made. As simon said, a UK sytner only model.

Seems to be going well. This will be the closest thing to a SA or German 745i in terms of performance.

1985? Now what TDK C90 would be playing? Ah yes, probably be a bit of Luther and "Never too Much"?

Can you imagine the missus face if this appeared on the drive.

I love it! Look at the lines on that, no modern, bubbly, user-friendly business going on there!

I thought the same thing, I know its rare but I just dont see multiple victims scrapping over owning it. The price its on now is not far off what I would have guessed it might make and its only been on a day!
