ok Guys good news and bad..

good news is i have the entry form in my hands before anyone else so we can be assured of our spot this year again

bad news is that the car clubs are being limited to 10 cars now.. so please only book in if you will DEFINATELY make it to the show on both days please

in light of this i will start a new list now and for fairness i will drop one of my cars from the list to give someone else a chance to attend...

i will need full info of your car sent by pm for the form...year of manufacture-model-registration- name of owner and whether campsite passes needed

Nick, i dont really Know why they have decided that atm but i will be finding out at the next directors meeting as its come totally out of left field to me, saying that i did miss the AGM so maybe it was decided then..

everyone else i should have mentioned previously price for this event is £5 and this will give you camp site and show ground passes for the weekend

Also this is a joint venture with retrobmw and adding those members makes the list look like this now...

yeah, the sport is in the middle of her restoration right now Nick,in fact im covered in her new engines oil at this very moment.. the cab will be there too but it wont be on the stand unless someone doesnt turn up

Jake reckons the tourer will be 35ed by July but she,s still 2.5 atm

ok folks..entrance pack is in for glamis so i have everyones numbers here,
for those wanting to meet me to collect their passes on arrival, i will pm you my number and you can call me when you arrive at Glamis..

next i will quote the entry letter..

TO ALL CAR CLUB MEMBERS

Your number is your official pass for your vehicle and must be DISPLAYED CLEARLY ON YOU VEHICLE ON ARRIVAL and throughout the event. We would ask that you stay in situ till at least 4pm due to health and safety requirements.

Upon arrival all car club entrants must report to the SVVC red reception which will be clearly signposted. Should you miss your entrance to the field you will be required to exit the estate and re-enter as a one-way system will be in place all weekend.

RECEPTION

open to entrants as follows:

friday 9th July 9am - 9pm
Saturday 10th July 8am - 6pm
sunday 11th July 8am - 10am

Strictly No Vehicle/Entrant will be admitted to the rally field after 10am on Sunday
