bugger.
had a good blast on fri pm to shake car down pending trip to ring next weekend...
came to move car today..
clutch pedal goes straight to floor. check reservoir no fluid.. must be a leak.....
add fluid - attempt to bleed - no joy... no fluid will go anywhere?
any thoughts? assuming one or other cylinder has collapsed / failed?
any one had similar?
clutch master/slave cyl????

If you fill the reservoir up and pump the pedal, does the fluid level drop?
If it does, can you see any fluid under the car?
If so, either the slave or master cylinder have packed up. Best bet, especially if you are going to the ring, is to replace both and maybe the hose as well.
If you replace only one of them, its likely the other will fail very soon after, because you will have one good cylinder and one not-so good cylinder with weaker seals.
I replaced one and within a week the other was leaking.

the fluid level doesnt drop... hence the theory that one cly has collapesed/ seized.. pedal is completely soft.

Pretty sure that if you can push the pedal down with one finger and this doesn't change when you're filling up the resevoir, it's the slave.
