Yes, I've had a couple of sets from http://stores.ebay.co.uk/Ultra-Vision-HID & would obviously recommend them or I wouldn't have gone back! My first set have been going strong in a couple of different cars for well over a year (probably 2).

You need a H1 kit, colour temperature is down to personal preference.

My most recent set are 55w rather than the previously more common 35w. They're installed in an E36 so it's not an entirely fair test, but I'm not convinced they're significantly brighter. For the sake of the extra £8 though, I'm not all that worried...

I have bought two sets via ebay, sellers chosen pretty much at random.
Paid about £30 each time, the kit's were identical, and shipped from China!
I opted for 4300 colour, following general zone advice.Difference over stock H1 bulbs is staggering....

or just straight to 4300K?

There's nothing wrong with thw 6000K versions at all.

I've been using them for several years and there's been no issues with them at all

I think I read somewhere the Merc. send their cars out with 6000k as OE.
In spite of what the seller says in that ad., you'd be pushing your luck with plod and the MOT tester with the higher temp. ones he sells.
