Hi peps,
I have a red 1990 325i soft top....I 'm in the process of dressing the engine bay. I would like to replace the standard water pipes oil pipes ect with nice new red ones, but am unable to locate anybody that sells them. Have seen a few for the M3.
Would you know of any thanks chris.

Cheap option - http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/RED-HOSE-KIT-bmw- ... 518ff05e7b

Haven't a clue what they are like... I am too looking for some red pipe lines for my engine bay and the samco hoses are too expensive for me, I'm only wanting the look...

Don't think you'll get any for yours Jim, i've not find anyone that makes a hose kit for prefacelift M20s
Think i'll eventually go to the later set up with mine.

Thats not much good then.
I thought I might have been able to just replace the hoses bit by bit... Are prefacelift different hoses in general to other cars? Surely there will be something out there to play around with.
The cooling system is totally different, you can retro fit the later type but you need to replace quite a lot of parts in the process.
Cool, never seen mention of them, cheers for that Dips.
Now just to decide whether to stick with the prefacelift cooling of go to the postfacelift since i hear that is more efficient.
