17's, unfortunately.
But will be changing to some very controversial 15's when I get round to having them refurbed.

I've got 17" TDR's at the moment, but i'll be going over to 15" or 16" bottle tops as soon as i get some cash together for the 5 stud conversion rings...

They said that Morgan owners could tell which way up an old penny was when they ran over it,can you?
I find that 14's give great ride comfort(important at my age)
15's,with the slightly wider track and wider footprint give better roadholding with a small loss in ride comfort.
Overall,I will be using 15's until the supply of suitable tyres runs out!

I use 195/50 on the front and 195/50 or 195/60 on the rear. Depends what tyres turn up!
Those are 15's of course, I'd use 16's if I could find a decent attractive wheel for good money.
BadDave, surely 17" wheels with a MANLY offset would fit instead?

13's will fit over the rear discs. Not the fronts.
Anyone who knows of an S50 B32/B30 E30 for sale, please let me know.

16'' Keskins for summer, 15'' BBS for winter fun!
I struggle to find good/correct size tyres for the 9x16's, especially in 40 profile.

Unable to go low on the offset as it needs a 30mm spacer to clear the caliper body.
I had to use the same spacers with the 4 pot Brembo's on the previous setup, so know what's required to get a decent sized disk/caliper combo to work.
I do know of 1 car that uses some Compomotive MO's in 8x17" with a 335mm/6 pot kit and it "just" fits.
18's also allows the option of moving up to 355's if I so desire at any point in the future.

Not even with stiff sprung coilovers fitted as well.
The combination of 215/35 profile tyres and 550Lb/" springs aren't as bad as everyone tries to make out that they are.

I hate 205/55s on 15" BBS to be honest.
205/50s handle so much better and make the BBBS wheels look better too once the car is lowered properly

50's looks wrong. It just does not seem right. Its Ok on something like a track car.

16" BBS LM Replica's on mine. Much more comfy to drive than when I had the 17" 5 spokes on.

Same wheels as me
I went down from crappy 17"s too and the difference is such an improvement.
What tyres are you using on yours?

Toyo R888 - only downside is the limited sizes in 16" so I went for 205 with a 55 profile.

Nothing wrong with the threads, this one is actually very relevent. The only person to post up '$hit' on this one is you!
Did you actually have anything relevant so say at all?
Oh, 15" BBS's here

Exactly gareth. Totally agree. Pot, kettle, black.

50's look much better on a lowered car.. Considering your current bottletop fad I don't think you can comment on what looks good and what doesnt

14" BBS on mine at the moment. But I'm searching for 16" Alpina or Hartge wheels.
