Well, bit of an impulse buy as i wasn't activly looking for anything in particular but after viewing it i had to buy it as rot free chrome turds are virtually non existant. Yes, rot free it cetainly is with only two scabs the size of a peanut on each side below the bottom corner of each tail lamp. More pics of its mint, rot prone areas to come next week when i take it to work and chuck it on the ramp.

Plans for it are ditching the M10 for some 24V action, this will fill the S50 void in my life after selling billgatese30 my old S50 318i Lux.

A fairly new twin choke webber conversion will be up for grabs M10 deviants! EDIT: Basicly sold now!

Good work Barry, is she Henna red?

I think it is going to be a case soon that when out on the road "you don't mess with a chromie" as most are going to be 24v weapons :)

Correct it is zinober and to tbh, it looked henna in the ad so when i rocked up to view it i was a tad dissapointed. Zinobar is nice but henna is  !

It appealed to me as i can just crack on with the mechanicals as the body needs virtally nothing doing and i dont need to source an interior as it has tidy black sport leather. Other than a tech 1 wheel its propper poverty spec with no central locking, manuall windows and sunroof. The lack of power steering is lame as well.

Still had the original dealer plates!

Im in two minds dan, the basic spec has its charms as its lighter and means less messing about removing the carpet and stuff. I allready have an optionmeister in the form of my sport so the complete oposite may win with this car. On the other hand i may tire of its poverty but as its early days im undecided.

I couldnt live without CL and EW, the locking components weigh bugger all, glass regs 5kg? Wont you want to take the carpet out for inspection/waxoiling anyway?
Is the glass tinted? Looks it

Just been going through the paperwork and it appears that it was off the road from 2000 till 2005 as there are a gap in the MOT certs between this time and according to the MOT's it had done 39 miles between 2000 and 2005.

Its only done another 12000 since 2005 with it being on 102k now.

Pre facelift cars with factory A/C had green tint glass, not that mine has A/C.
