Anyone using these on their E30? I'd like to know how suitable they are. What's the wear rate like in miles?
TIA
Stuart.

Brillaint tyres, I had them on my old sport. Fantastic grip in the dry and they felt 'planted' in the wet. I found they wore better than the goodyear eagle F1's.

I had just Rainsports on my silver 325 (17" BK reps) the grip in the wet was staggering and in the dry they didn't feel like they were just good for wet stuff. I'd buy them again no probs. Can't comment on wear rate though as I moved the car on not long after.

I found them excellent, I didn't have them on an E30 though.

So that's 3 for, 1 against. Looks like I'll be trying them next time.

Go to http://www.mytyres.co.uk/ find the tyres you want and look at the "tyre test english" on each tyre. The same test is carried out on all the tyres on that site so you get an impartial result on tyre test which is equal accross the full range of tyres.

One person on here might like the tyre but has never tried a different type and therfore cannot say which is better.

i have just put sunew's on my car (legal copy of a michelin pilot) same tred pattern but not as good compound, there great in the dry although its still early days am happy at £170 fitted for 4 235/45/17! had eagle f1's before that and feel just as confidant with these, although not been in the wet yet but will report when i do (if am still alive!) am sure they will be fine but i did not want to buy (ditch finders) but am now glad i gave them a chance!

ill keep updating!
