Oooh nasty, that's gonna be costly.
I don't think it's the mount, looks more like part of the chassis.

Ouch
Drill through to the engine bay and fit a BIG nut and bolt
I'd say scrap it
that looks like a dodgy build. The two on the other side will have been stressed and need repairing as well, if it can be fixed
thats welded from inside the chassie and if it can be done would probably require the whole subframe to be replaced

seen this loads of times, get the subframe off, or @ least drop it down a few cm, then undo the bolt, witdraw the captive nut and spacer and weld them back in place
cheap and easy fix dudes, no need for bodgin, agreed get the otheres checked- welded again @ same time though

Yup, same thing on my old chassis from rust, I cut the section out and re welded it. (welding the captive nut in 1st of course)
Was the only one on mine that was bad, same point as yours...hmm
Not a dodgy build, just a design fault, look down beside your engine at that point you will see holes in the upper side, and in those holes: loads of damp wet crap that can't get out... no real way to clean it out either, clean it as best you can, wash a load of phosphoric acid down there then cavitywax the life out of it
