stud removal

Does anybody know a decent garage who will repair my snapped exhaust manifold stud? Im located in east london? Its the top far right one. its also leaking oil through there!

if i took it out for a blurt, the tried, would that be good enuff,..
i ask cos i want to do the ex. mani. gaskets soon and i dont fancy the idea of "mr bmw" saying ... er we seem to have had a prob in removing the manifold without taking half the block with

I'm not to sure but i think it was said that you get it up to temp then leave it standing for 1-2 hours to cool ?
You should probobly do it as Touringdaddy says as i'm not to sure on my info

i want to really try and avoid a snapped stud, as that would be a mini disaster if i was doin it at home.
if i did snap one (in true ono style) whats the next step , after swearin my tits off and loosin it all over the garden
