i'm finding it difficuelt for finding parts for E30 here. (such as shocks, pads and discs, sball joints, aircon parts etc.) Also it's hard to find any E30 in the junk yard.

is there is anyone having a list of interchangable parts from other BMW models ? i think it would be nice if it's include in the Wiki.

cheers

All parts are very easy to get here if you put an exact list up I will price them up on Tuesday and enquire about postage if you like. Also if you could try here.

yes, plenty of on-line suppliers...but the SHIPPING kills me and cost tripples.
i do have an UK postal address of my forwarding agent(Aramex,Old bath road, Brekshire) But for each half Kg, i have to pay 5 £. so, imagine if i order a set of shocks or rear discs ?

plus, above 100 KD, i'll have to pay 5% customs also.
(with that cost, i can easly lookafter a Boxter or 911 as a daily drive, plus plenty of chicks to pick... :D ) :P

that the reason i prefer to look for swap list from E36 or E46.
i need to change blower fan. not available with dealer. rear axle boots - n/a. door handle cover (n/a), aircon compressor...antena ....head lights.....list goes on and many shops sells aftermarket German parts say that they stop ordering for E30.

I'm sure there are zoners here with the parts you need. Put a wanted ad in the sale section for shipping to Kuwait.

Just list what you need and someone will tell you if they can be found on another model.
Rear shocks off an e36 BMW can be used
front bottom suspension arms off the same car can also be used. Although arnt as good as e30 ones.
Shocks shouldn't be that excpensive to post as they are inserts.

To do 5 stud properly you want E30 M3 set up. This will defos not be cheeper.
The rear shock are the same.
The bottom arms off the E36 are the same shape but poorer quality.
Maybe speak/pm MrLee. Think he may be able to help with mailorder parts. :D
