Can anyone help with this weird problem?

I was poking around under the steering column trying to secure the light adjuster and noticed that my right indicator was stuck on. Nothing I do will turn it off apart from switching off the ignition! Any ideas??

Also my idle is eratic and 2k when cold, normal when hot, any ideas??

clean the idle control valve first 4 idle prob

what about the relay for the indicator? could u get a spare and check it?

sound like a relay prob on idicators
other prob is either idl control valve or and inlet air leak
