lol, you think sanding a car is hard... try doing a yacht hull... granted it doesn't have to be as precise as a car but it makes up for it in surface area in a big way, oh and you have to sand upsidedown..

Speak to whoever you are going to get to spray it, they will tell you what you can do to help them, although they are making money if they do the prep work, most of the time they are happy to let you do it as the faster they can spray it the faster they can get onto the next one, also means if you break 280 clips taking stuff off it's your problem not theirs.
