I've designed a baffle system for my sump.

What I want to know is what thickness material should I use?

3mm seems a little extreme and want to make sure 2mm will be enough.

Just can't make my mind up.

Cheers

without pictures it's hard to advise.

given the low weight of aluminium I don't think it matters if you use 2 or 3mm. If you keep it close to the sumps wall thickness, welding will be easier. suggest 3mm.
