:D found out off Adam might be able to get hold of manual adjusters from the stealer.....sounds like plan

Nice one again guys Mak 8)

P.S was quoted around Ԛ£250-Ԛ£300 to have an M42 put in and set up by Mosley motors might be worth it for the hassle, whatyer think....

Its a easy job but there are loads of little things that need to be changed, around. Like full exaust, then the brackets that hang off the gear box, aslo the one thats on the rear cross member is different, then we have all the electrics like the Coding plug in the Clocks, then all the clips that hold the wiring loom to the coil packs, the list goes on and on and on.

Re the headlamp adjusters. The outer barrel of the hydraulic (not vacuum) slave cylinders at the headlights, turns to form an adjuster, similar to the non leveling ones.

Yes but not enough to get the beam high for the MOT, you need to take the whole cylinder out then screw the adjuster out a little, but it then becomes very loose and the headlamp shakes when you hit a bump so you need to glue it in with something like Chemical metal and then its a good adjuster, but i would just buy new ones.
