Crap sorry steve, not working that weekend but going to see my sister in Uxbridge that weekend. Been a plan for about 6 weeks now which Mrs86 just "helpfully" reminded me of!
Yet another one missed.

Nah, it's an MR2, and it's a lot less hassle than my E30 ever was!
I've borrowed a mate of mine's Mk2 MR2 Turbo to use for a while, but it's not that good.
I'm breaking the E30 for parts soon, in fact I've sold a few bits already but it's not stripped yet.

No joke, I'm fed up with it and it's got to go.
I've not driven it for over a month.
And seeing as it's worth about twice as much in parts....
But I do still like nice burgers!

It would seem that way.

Gareth , Moderate his arse
Tell him he cant do it
Your decision at the end of the day mate , Always liked yours since i first saw it
Understandable to break if worth a lot more in parts
No excuse not to make the diner meets now , Ill ring geoff and make it a official mr2 meet as well if you like
Sad day though mate , Least i got a ride in it

It wasn't an easy decision.
I'm half gutted and half releived that it's going, it has been immensly frustrasting for the last year.
As much as I like the other half's car, I'm not going the MR2 route.
I have a few ideas of what I want next, top of the list at the moment is a Porsche 928...
But that could change.

it's a front cover feature car!
i hereby as the almighty ginger mod deny you the right to break that car.
when you do, let me have first refusal
in fact, i did the CAD for the exhaust manifold flanges, so in all respects, the turbo conversion is rightfully mine

I see, hmmmmm...!
I've not advertised anything yet, was going to wait until the new year as it's still parked (it's taxed, insured and tested) on the road.
I've responded to a few 'wanteds' with small stuff, including your oil filter housing!

you kept quiet about that, i assumed it was a spare
now i feel bad, but that filter housing must give me at least 10BHP

It wasn't actually off the engine in my car, it was waiting for that upgrade!
I've kept quiet until I had definately made my mind up.
