Very nice wheels are you putting a BMW logo on the wheels or are you staying with the BBS?.

Dave,

Great bargin on your Hardtop mate. Some members on the zone, didn't believe me when I posted that Hardtops are loads cheaper in Germany.

Was your convertible originally a chrome bumpered car, as yours is the first Royal blue Mtech bumpered that Iv'e seen. My other cab is Royal Blue!.

Cheers Gareth.

Dave,

So is your Mtech2 kit hiding the original chrome bumpers underneath?.

Or do they need to be completely removed, mounting brakets totally different?.

I think BMW made an Mtech2 kit that clamped onto the Chrome or used the original mounting brakets.

What the story with yours bud, any problems changing over to the Mtech 2?.

Hi Gareth, The kit was on the car when i bought it so i dont really know much about how its fixed, ive had the front and rear bumpers removed to have painted last year but that was in the body shop, so not much help really mate, i know who ever fitted it though really made a good job of it cos you cant tell it from original ,cheers Dave

Thanks Dave,

Your not much help are you!. Only joking.

I think Im working in York 2morrow. Small world.

We had a north of England meet at Ferrybridge, not so long ago. Would have liked to have seen some more convertibles, at least Im not the only Northern Monkey with a convertible(s).!

cheers Gareth.
