Where can I buy new/second hand Hartge center caps?
The numbers on the caps are
H0562
76077
I've tried Birds who don't have any and say Harge in Germany don't either as they sold them all off after they stopped making them
Also tried ebay with no joy yet!
Many thanx
Andy

Hartge in Germany sell them for about £120 a set. I spoke to them last month and they were very helpful. If you need help with sending emails in German, PM me.

I've dealt with Hartge DE in a few occasions and haven't had a problem dealing with them in English. most Germans are fluent in English as they use it as a second language and are taught it in school

Depends on the prevailing Euro/Sterling exchange rate.
Ours were £150 a set delivered, weren't they James?

I've dealt (or tried to...) with Birds twice recently, and their customer service skills don't seem to be the best.
Seems to me that as soon as you mention E30 they don't want to know.
This is why I no longer drive an E30......

the first time i bought a set ( 4 years ago ) I was charged £120 then but with the exchange rate the way it is they work out to be £150 per set and the buyer also has the bank transfer charge

I was quoted €120 by Hartge last week without p&p. Works out at about £110 with the exchange rate at the moment. And normally they speak better English than many people in England! But if you need any help with German, I will be able to help.

have you had an invoice from them? seems strange that price.. or is this before the VAT
468.76 Euros = 422.85 British pounds sterling
Exchange rate: 0.902066
Rate valid as of: 6/12/2009
then there is the international bank transffer fee above this which made our 3 sets total out at £450

I never got to the stage of getting a proper invoice. Price quoted via email was €119.64 without VAT (20%) or shipping. So they'd be around €145 (£130) plus P&P.

Just got four new center caps from Hartge here is the US. Hartge wouldn't let me go directly through them and I had to go through Turner Motorsport. Was almost $200 USD, but worth it considering these things seem to be like gold.
