hey all. After a chance meeting in the pub a few months back i found a couple of old friends who started their own exhaust company making porsche systems. After a few cups of coffee, a lot of talking and some money changing hands they have produced this for me.

i've got to say it's very nice. the quality and fit is excellent. it was designed for the impending s50b32 swap my car is going through in the next couple of weeks and to work with the supercharger conversions i've been doing. As we used twin 60mm pipes it should be good for 700bhp if you need it.
The noise sounds very like an e46 m3 and is not too loud as to be track friendly.
After much discussion they've priced it at £1100 +vat and delivery but will give 10% discount if you mention either myself or e30zone.
it comes with all the mountings and straps. you'll just need to specify if you are running a 5 or 6 speed box.

I said i would post it on here to see if there is any interest.
There is also a m20 system in the pipeline winkeye.
Let me know your thoughts.
Thanks
dave

Ah yes. Figures indeed.

It's pricey, a proven company like BTB would be in a similar price range...

I thought BTB were nearly 1k just for a RHD s50 to e30 manifold

The complete BTB system is nigh on £3k now... and you have to suply your manifolds for madification. Ouch. :cens:

If this system can produce the goods (figures) then it is a very nice way of getting an S50 into your car. The exhaust manifold is so critical to the production of power on these 100bhp/litre (ish) engines it could go either way. I'm not going to open up the debate about good manifold design here. Suffice to say figures will speak for themselves (otherwise the thread will get the hell spammed out of itself!)..

Good work for getting it this far dude.

Btb's manifold alone is £1140 plus vat, exchange!! if this system makes the numbers, it would be a bargain at twice the price.

Here are the power graphs from my car. I know there will be the usual power figure discussion but same car, same rollers, running no cats, no lambdas, 1k resistor and v power. The only thing changing is the exhaust.
Not too bad i think.

My car has got a z3 rack so no issues there

About time dave you started selling these systems.
Ive heard the sound it makes and it awesome togeather with the quality of the build right down to the joining flanges, Predator should sell alot of these at that price.
When are they going to start knocking them out for m40 turbos.

Look as I'd expect with those large primaries! Do you know if they fit well with the S50? The head is slightly wider. Have you tried?

Look like a good option, wish they'd been around when I did my swap. I love my BTB manifold but I resented paying as much as I did!

hi jai. the s50 head is 5mm wider and yes i tried it on a shell with a b30 and fits no worrys. from what i can see on the btb manifold they mod 4 pipes on a manifold you supply and charge £1100. easy money hey. as for turbo manifolds i.e m40, m42 and m50 anything is achievable. just need a car to play with and putting into production isn't a problem.
