Looks good, but i think they are 8J's.
a 195 on 9j would be more of a stretch

I don't know, but the owner claims they are 9j unless they are 8.5j and his measured them outer side to outerside instead of innerside to innerside
well here's another man with 9j front and 9.5 rear

Why???
Aren't the origional BBS fitment for the E30 15"???
Why do people pay to have those 15" on their cars??
To me these look right on an e30, just an upgrade from the monowheel to a split wheel.

If you Got "Haters",Then your doing something Right!
CR24v??? Where's it all gone?? LOL

I think 15s are way cool and there is nothing wrong with them at all they look ....

16s I like equally... Everyone has 16s

Its because most people use under profiled tyres with extreme stretch and stupidly low ride heights.
You hardly see them with normal width 205/55 tyres.

Car and wheels look awesome could do with a bit more poke tho, i think most 15's look good on E30s if the stance is done right.

They work on the White one, but look how low it has to be o get away with them.
The problem with wide rs/ rms is try would look stupid with a 205 55 baloon on them, fit a tyre that looks better on the wheel and the car sits lower to the ground and you get a bigger arch gap which means you have to lower the suspension more for them to sit right on the car.
Plus the actual design of a split rim means the mesh part is smaller than on a one piece 15 which can make the whole wheel look visually smaller.
cheers,
harry

well the white cabrio is using 195/50/15 as a posed to the original 205/55/75 so height wise has only come down 1 profile

They've gone down a width and a profile, they're 0.6in smaller radius than the standard 205 55 15, so your car is over half an inch closer to the ground, plus more than half an inch more arch gap before you touch the suspension.
Nice to see 195 50s work on them though, just about the cheapest size for performance tyres, toyo t1-r for under £30 a corner!
cheers,
harry

look good but with the help of 195/50/15 and maybe 0.5 dish more would give a nice stretch

I love RMs! prefer them over some RS' tbh.
I think a slightly lower profile on the maroon one above would look good however...

Nice nevertheless..
I wonder how long it will take people to notice this...

i've often said they don't unless you get the tyres and rideheight just right, justy like a lot of e30s look gash with 17s. get the width, offset, tyres and rideheight right and they can look awesome though.
much easier to pull off a good look with 16s
cheers,
harry
