Are you going for borbet A's? Ive just bought a set of borbet A staggered fittment for my white E30 vert!
Sounds like our verts are going to look very similar as ive got a tech 1 kit waiting to be sprayed and fitted aswell! 8)

Are you folding it properly? On my one when I close the roof it trys to fold itself the wrong way which can stop it from going down properly, so I have to push the centre fold out the opposite way for it to go down into the car properly.
