Hi, im a bit new in the world of bmw and my m20b25 engine blowed up. I'm looking to remplace the engine and i would know what is to change if i buy a e36 motor. another question is if it can fit my m20b25 tranny or i need to remplace all the kit (tranny engine diff)?

you can fit the m20 box but you need to modyfy the gear box mount, and the selector, theres a site called RV3Limited Forums.com that covers everything hope that helps
