Unless its a track car they look a bit shitty, and as for indicators in the mirrors that looks really gay the E30 is far to 1980's to have indicators in the mirrors it would just look wrong

They ruin E30's IMO because E30 80's "box" styling doesn't suit the round in shape DTM Mirrors (plus they are abit chavvy)

Why you would want to flush the wings i dont know as it really wont make much of a difference and the car in your other link has yank spec wings
Leave your E30 as it was when it left the factory and only fit OE stuff with the exception of ICE doing anything non OE to any BMW makes it look cheap and tacky if you want to do that that sort of thing you should have got yourself a Vauxhall Corsa!

I posted a thread in regards to flushing the indicators in the wings a little while back. Apparently you can get the little flasher strips which sit flush in the front bumper of US ebay.

Fair play i see your point it does look cleaner but IMO fitting indicators in the mirrors will look much worse than haveing OE ones in the wings

I looked through that mot leaflet and if as was said to you, tape the indicator to the wing it might fail as its not permanently secure but then its who you know i suppose

Looks real good..!!!!
Do it..!
If you leave the holder and fittings behind the wing.. all you need to do is pull it out for an MOT!

that what ive read somewhere too, that the vision with those mirrors is pretty much useless, cant see much behind or on the side of you.... so stick to originals...
