engine marking's H&W

Any one ever seen H&W stamped on engine's I have an engine with H&W stamped on the head and block??

May have just been serviced by them but I doubt if they'd go to the trouble of stamping the block for just a service.

I do, it look's like a std 323 ecu, work's wonders on the old 320

Well sadly it's nothing to do with them, so god onley know's LOL. I think it's time to strip it down and take a look. some one's idear of a joke?
