Car runs with no keys

i fitted my obc today an now when i start my car,, then go to switch it off, it keeps running even if i take the keys out?

ne ideas???

Check your wiring over mate, sounds like a live in wrong place.

touring thats what i was thinking

i fitted indicator stalk to

and a viper chip today could that be it??

my mate did it an he got distinction in electronics BTEC so should be no problems tehre

r u sure that the plug on the stalk went in right and u dint force it in or get mixed up with ignition plug

im trying the old chip first

on the indicator side of it, im 99% sure it was doing it before i installed the OBC stalk

Like I said in the other thread you started, try the old chip and see what happens - the new one could be faulty somehow. Then check over everything you done when fitting the OBC.

I know it doesnt go near the ignition (other than the stalk) but its all worth checking.

You may of disturbed something when fitting the OBC or the stalk and not realised.

Had the same prob when i did mine.

Just took out the plug on the control box for the code function and it worked fine.

theres two that go into the control box

did u take the top or bottom one out?
