hi guys can you tell me how much roughly will it be to replace the slave and master cylinder for the clutch on a e30 320i

Aftermarket parts would be about £50-£60 for both the master and the slave,then labour on top of that unless your doing it yourself

Would depend entirely upon the garage/mechanics retes,how long he took to do the job and how much he charges for the new brake fluid.

Not a paticularly difficult job to do yourself, just a bit fiddly.

I guess you've heard about replacing them both together?

I would reckon on at least an hour's labour,so a typical garage charge would be around £100.
