Minor update..325i engine removed from my donor car(speedye30m3's written off cab)today,Presure washed/degreased it all whilst it was still on the engine crane up in the air and its come up a treat,its now sat on my unit floor as im taking a trip to europarts tomorow for the following before dropping it in my e reg 320i,
Timing belt & tensioner
Water pump,As a matter of course When changing belt,
Cam cover gasket
Exhaust gaskets,
Cam oil seal
Alt/powersteering belts
Antifreeze
Oil and filter.
Watch this space...

Its now up and running sweet as a nut and pulls like a train..
One problem the rev counter doesnt work and the 3 green service lights are on constant..hopefully this is the coding plug in the instriment cluster..???

Now up and running and everything works,the engine is silky smooth.

Minor update ...Air con valance sourced for my facelift 325..i will update with some pictures i just need to get it out of my garage and down to my works unit..
