the "cattle road" to Applecross ascends to 2060 feet in 4 miles or something like that..i was a bit nervous as we started this after reading the big warning sign at the bottom, and the old B20 overheated a bit half way up Dave will have you believe thats because i was going too slow, but really i think i was pushing too hard

unlucky eh?...NO he was very lucky indeed..
he could have so easily been down that bank and into the house..the back seat was loaded with empty bottles of champagne ^o)
