[quote="d6dph"]To answer the ban question, Fuzzy is a known wind-up merchant and as such the team takes 99% of what he says with a pinch of salt.quote]

So let me get this straight, im new and dont know this fuzzy guy, but if he called me a cunt in the same manner and i replied using offensive language i would get banned and not him, does not seem fair really.

for the record i dont know fuzzy or shaz im sure they are both great guys

in the same manner? doesnt the way its written convey the manner its intended? do you use ooooof and cooont in real life abuse situations whilst smiling? especially when its not my argument in the first place?
no one has been banned that i know off for using such words. its when its accompanied by threats or threatening manner thats when you get banned.
it seems strange that all of a sudden theres 2 unknown members with practically no posts between them questioning this when its no different to the way i am all the time?
are you shaz in disguise?
dont worry about it...only a few more days to go. :D

i was laughing at his own self inflicted exile delivered by a dave sucker punch (as in "oooof take that")on a thread he started himself because he wouldnt take his warnings. i couldnt really give a toss about his argument/problem. perhaps its best sorted out by personal communication rather than an open thread on the internet if comments arent expected?

Perhaps its because its because i cannot see your face and check your reaction but that didnt seem light hearted to me. it seemed like you were "rubbing it in", im sure other people thought that same.

which was the reason i asked my question, if i didnt know you or read that a you were a "wind up merchant" then i would have responded and the situation would have escolated. i get a warning/banned for offensive language and you get off scott(no pun intended, i see your from Auld Reekie) free :?

No one who is an intelligent regular on here would have thought that he was rubbing it in. Of this i'm certain.

If you want to get along on this forum then you'd better get used to Fuzzy! You dont need a thick skin, just a sense of humour, and you ought to allow enough time to see how zoners relate to each other and get the measure of their characters before posting a judgement.

All this, of course, is just my opinion. Feel free to call me a fooking coont if you want...I like a good laugh and i think fake swearing is funny winkeye

i think fuzzy is a funny guy! even if i have been the target ounce in a while! (its my own fault for my comments i don kind of invite the piss to be taken out of me somtimes!) but thats what forums are about with fuzzy its clear he's having a laff and is wrote in that kind of a way. if some one says ill bla bla and do this to your face and makes silly threats than thats a different situation.

the zone is a funny place and some of the threads really do have me rolling over! keep it funny folks!

right a bit of an update on this thread!

item was delivered,on the 26/10/2009

i paid £14.00 for postage, thats what they charged me,BUT...................looking at the royal sticker on the item delivered,it ONLY cost them £4.41!!!!!!

BBB if you wanted a extra £10 for the strut brace, why diddnt you just ask for the £35.00 instead of the £25.00????

was posted on the 21/10/2009 8O

so 5 days on normal postage sounds about right,so the 'POSTAL STRIKE' b*llocks goes out the window!

i PAID for the item on the 10/10/2009.opended the dispute on the 24/10/2009 for the reason we all know about,i left 2 weeks which i feel is long enough,if BBB had told me that they ONLY posted it on the 21/10/2009 which was only 4 days after it was posted then i dont think that this thread would be here!

so,all of you that were sticking up for BBB......................

ooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooffffffffffffffffffffff,TAKE THAT YOUR BUNCH OF FOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOKKKKKKKKKIIIIIIIIIIIIINNNNNNNN COOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOONNNNNNNNNNNNNTTTTTTTTTTTTTTSSSSSSSSSSSSS!:)

not great service but at least you got it and they posted before this thread was started so it wasnt an obvious intention to deceive.

It was posted 11 days after he paid for it fuzzy.
Not only that but it was posted using the slowest/cheapest option!
Did you even have to sign for it Shaz?
It could have gone next day 'Special delivery' for what they charged you :?

This thread is about business and it's turning personal. I think BBB should have an opportunity to respond (Richard was away on his hols last week) and then it should be locked up.

i posted a rear spoiler thru royal mail, standard delivary. it cost under 5 quid and i asked for the cheapest option. posted on tuesday morning this week, buyer recived it on the thursday

now they posted your item on the 21st, which is wednesday. ok say it was 2nd class and would take 3 working days shaz should have got it by saturday....... ok, it was an extra day and turned up on monday . was there a strike on at the time ??
still the postage price takes the piss, thats my take on this so far, and the time it took for them to get it to the post office

oh well

its a buyers market, even if shaz was going to buy something from them he could use a mate to buy the item

at the end of the day, its quite clearly poor service from an offcial site trader

ok, shaz can be quite excitable at times, but we all can be depending on the situation but i think shaz is justified in venting his anger and frustration here. certainly given me food for thought if i was ever to buy an item from them

i'd make sure i knew when it was being posted and wary of the P&P charges

Is £10 really that much to be fecking about posting stuff? Unless they live next door to a post office, I don't see a tenner being unreasonable for a business. Our work charges £15.50 for items, it costs them £5.50, but someone has to pack the shit up(and being exhaust based-it is a sad job). Oh, and the courior collects. :P
