do 4 to 4 conversion plates, ford are 4 x 108 ET35-38 63.3 Centre bore
BMW are 4 x 100 ET15-25 57.1mm Centre bore
There are 3 sets that go from 108 to 100: ET-20, ET-25 and ET-30 so you need to keep your ET offset in mind, you should be ok as Ford are ET35 to ET38 and the e30 is ET15 to ET25 so an ET-20 on an ET35 alloy will give you ET15. The only other thing you need is a spigot to match the new centrebore.
the next question is why you want Ford alloys on....

If the link don't work then you need to select Adaption Spacers, select 4 to 4 and it's the 3rd one up from the bottom.
I think is the ones you would need assuming as they are off a Ford they are 108x4 PCD

I think you would be pushing you're luck a bit with an ET15 on an E30.
ET20 is about as far as you can go without sticking out past the wheel arch.
Ian.
