As of this this week im off for 2 weeks, great i thought some quality time to attack the tech 1 reshell. Aparently my 330ci had other ideas
. Sunday night the battery died on me, tested it was shagged so swiftly replaced it with a heavy duty jobbie. Checked the charging system all ok that was that i thought. Left my mates at 1 am this morning and was treated to a dash of christmas tree lights as the traction control, abs, charging warning lights went nuts and my headlights decided to turn off! Nursed it home and low and behold the after testing it again the alternator has stopped charging
. Stripped down my car today and removed it, rectifier and brushes were shagged but that would be too easy, the bearing is on its way out as well. £164 notes later for a recon one through work as well as a belt and tensioner idler and so far my holiday isnt going as planned
