i still have the engine, box and all needed parts to convert another e30 including mounts, loom, prop etc. im not 100% what im going to do with it yet.
how cheap did you get it for? i recall it being up for about £6500+ at one point and for decreasing amounts each time thereafter.
fun car no doubt but itll cost you dear to run it everyday.

i paid a garage to fit mine back in summer 2005. then spent a few grand upgrading/repairing/tuning. as you do. £2600 in labour with me supplying all the parts.
what specs yours? stage 3 on a t3? do you have any pics yet?

i have a stage 2 t34.48 and a spare t34.63 in my shed. i prefered the .48 for really quick acceleration with a t5 box and 3.91 lsd.
if i was doing it again id probably go for the siemens black injectors on a t34.63 for around 420bhp and 380lbft.
that would be immense.

standard on an e30 sport.i was lucky enough to buy a touring already fitted with the 3.91 lsd.
i didnt have mine rolling roaded after the stage 3 as i didnt keep it long enough. the last rolling road was 282bhp on a stage 1 chip with ported and polished head and about 17 or 18 psi iirc.i cant remember if that was on the .63 or .48 turbo though.
theres some pics of mine here....

theres a couple of other cosworth e30 owners on here but not many.

99% of people loved it. the other 1% secretly loved it but pretended they didnt.both at bmw meets and ford meets.
i broke it for parts as i didnt want to sell the car complete. ive never sold a car complete yet and i dont want to start now.
for you your at the limits of the t3 . you really need to look at bigger turbos to take it further.
a new t34.63 ,siemens black injectors, chip etc will set you back about £1200 and that as said will give you around 420bhp and 380lbft.
but first id make sure your engines in good health. i spent a couple of grand having new piston rings and stem seals fitted to stop any smoking. and a good headgasket is essential. ive not blown a headgasket yet on mine and i thrashed mine very very hard. :D
