True say but its a good thing, the wheels set of any e30.
Mines should look something special once they refurbed

Surely.

If not, keep the roof black, light smoke tints all round, matt black around the screen.

Not sure about tints on a E30 cab tbh, red roofs are available :)

They burn a hole in your pocket, and they don't look like a genuine roof. The screen is bigger iirc, look a bit odd

Looking good mate, a bit like my project.

Im respraying mine in Black with cream leather interior. Has the black roof.
Smoked rear lights,
CCFL Halos and HID's on the front.
Aplina Wheels (need to get these refurbed)
then the Sound system/speakers etc.

Pics to follow shortly. Car was delivered last week. Need to start stripping it.

Finally will try to convert the roof to electric. Has this been done before by anyone?

I don't really know, this is my first cab with manual roof. I'm sure its not much of a mission, push the roof up, pull the lever in the rear quarter, lift the horse shoe, fold the roof in, put the horse shoe down
