Was the V8 hard to fit? lot of messing around with sumps and servos? or more/less straight in?

(If its out of an e34, the sump fits??)

M60 and M62 is straight fit to E30 what comes to oilpan. Brake booster / MC and exhaust manifolds are the hardest points on the swap.

I've done a 5 stud conversion using e36 parts. My list wasn't as excessive as yours. I used 328 sport shocks/hubs etc, m3 evo front wishbones and lollipop bushes, and e30 top mounts. Was fine

According to dips, you don't need evo wishbones, just the lollipop bushes would be enough. Never tried it, but i guess he has a valid point, as all the e30/e36 the wishbones, look the same

well been a very slow progress on this as i ahve been very busy in my garage with customers cars.

soooo,heres a minor update/change

clutch is gone on her so ordered a new clutch the other day and has been delivered,so as i need to drop the engine and box to change the clutch i thought while it is out im going to do the following-

Respray the complete engine bay
change most seals on engine
refurbish stater motor
wrap the manifolds in exhaust heat wrap
get the rockers covers&other bits painted

just to make the engine bay FRESH!

other than that, while im doing the clutch the following will get changed-

Brand new Front and Rear Suspension
New Front & Rear Top Mounts
Eibach Front And Rear Anti-Roll Bars

Wax oil/Underseal whole of underneathe

anyway thats that for now,as some of you may know i have sold the BBS RC's that were on the car(got bored of them),so i bought these babys on ebay for £50!!!!!

they are standard 5 series/7 series 16" BBS alloys,8J All Round, with 205/40/16 tyres,i think they look really good, but all comments welcome-
