HEADLAMP WASH WIPE RETRO FIT

I want to fit a set of headlamp washers/wipers to my car i have checked and found wiring and plugs behind each headlamp ....to work the motors is it just a case of fit the motors and connect to the plugs (i know the wash bit is a bit more) or is it a seperate loom etc ...how are they operated ie when the windscreen wipers are used and the headlights are on do the come on at the same time or do they have a seperate switch
the car is a late 92 cab

do you have a 5 or 6pin plug by the washer reservior?

matt ill go and check in a while ....its p*ssing down here ther are plugs behind the headlamps as well (not foglamp ones)

had a quick look all i can see is 2 wires going to a plug on the pump for the w/screen washers

ok i have a loom which i bought from bmw in error as its the later type loom and i need the early one, it cost me over Ԛ£40 make me an offer if you want it

i have a plug circular with 3 connectors but only one wire(brown/green) this is behind the n/s head lamp but i was wrong not the o/s one what else would i need ...other than the motors that is .....i am interested in your loom my car is a 92 cab so do you think it would fit

is your loom 61 12 1 380 675 the single wire plug is the same at the end as the one behind my n/s headlamp (single wire) if it is then i just need the motors to get it up and running (the washer bit ill sort later

Hi, yes my loom is 61 12 1 380 675, i took it out of packet to look at it but then found its the wrong one, i bought it last week and have the invoice from bmw as well - just looked on the invoice it was Ԛ£48.94 inc vat
