Don't want to poke my nose in to your affairs, but didn't someone (baz666?) offer you a straight swap for their black leathers on the original sale thread for these? Got to be better than dying them, and then two people get the interior they want.
Definitely reckon black would suit better, though silver is by no means horrid.

Baz666 did, i might consider his offer, i will give it a couple of days, i would expect his to be in similar condition though
