i dont know but i remember getting a quote for around £150 +vat a couple of years ago for my touring.

A good used one?clean it up and hamerite in then wax oil it.

a zoner used to recon these. i cant remember who now though.
it wouldnt be difficult to get one patch welded and pressure tested .
