Not true im afraid geezer, i have a tub of the aforementioned Autoglym, had it for @7 years now, it cost £7.50 and the results are amazing, everytime. Fair doos youve got some sort of result there, but feckall compared to the Autoglym, but of course its just my, well, our opinionrichy187 wrote:Why buy that for £10 or whatever when you can just by cheapo liquid shoe polish for 89p and achieve the exact same result?

I know its off topic but baby oil works wonders on wheels and chrome lolGeorgeUK wrote:LOL @ Shoe polish!! Wonder how it'll be in the rain!
I've heard plenty of other budget suggestions such as WD40, baby oil and peanut butter.
I've recently bought AG Bumper Care and found that to be very decent actually.

Sorry it took me so long to find the pic..Simon wrote:Does work too! Worked wonders on a Ka (not mine!)E30BeemerLad wrote:I've heard a quick blast with a heat gun can restore tired black trim (never tried it though)

Looks expensive, compared to other products of the same type - there's loads of black trim conditioners out there that will do the same job for a lot less cash.NovemberSun wrote:I heard Foreverblack is supposed to be really good, it comes with a pre-cleaner and a black dye. Will give it a try when I get my e30 this weekend![]()

That only works on the softer plastics, not so good on hard bumper plastics I'm afraid....E30BeemerLad wrote:I've heard a quick blast with a heat gun can restore tired black trim (never tried it though)
