Its way too much money, for something which I can imagine the novelty of it wearing off too quickly

i like proper hydrauliced up lowriders, but i wouldnt want to own one or travel more than a afew miles in one.

remove shock adsorber, replace with a high pressure hydraulic ram - adjustable rideheight, no suspension.

wonderful :?

at least with airride / airbags you get some suspension movement.

both are purely for looks though, and neither will handle anything like even a 20 year old soggy standard e30
cheers,

harry

I'd probably go for 'Air bag' suspension instead of hydraulics :)

Go for it

Airbags would be quite cool I think, and its not something often done to an E30. Air systems can be set up for decent enough roadholding, but as stated before, 'draulics are pretty harsh for the road, as well as needing enough pumps and batteries to need a yank V8 to power em!

i get the going for looks angle. i dont get what sort of look it achieves apart from making the driver look a right knob driving down the high street in an old bottom of the range bmw that bounces up and down?
the girlies will be laughing at you.

Says it all tru-Rydaz for fooks sake. Who are these people. Please just leave e30's alone. Stop ruining solid cars that the rest of us can use. Why couldn't you all stick with saxo's and corsa's.

im 22 mate, not 17. My other ride is an s-line audi a4. Hmmm very boy racerish. I think not. Fook off dikchead wid ya snide ass comments, im merely asking for opinions on whether they would be good on an e30, and frankly, although i had a corsa when i was 19 to start up insurance again, i would never own one again and as for saxo, french piece of sh!t!
