I would say having the original N.I number plate is NOT coucil. The point im trying to make here is that its council when you buy an NI number plate to try and make your £1500 E38 728i on 22" chrome rimz, look phat init!
Same goes for creative use of number plate bolts/ weird spacing to make wrongly spelt words. Just looks like you're trying too hard. Coolest plate to have is a normal one on a supercar, let the car do the talking
